All participants enjoyed local fish specialties donated by the Gastro Fish Market Brač with excellent preparation by kitchen experts from Le Meridien Lav Hotel, as well as healthy homemade cakes from the Star Brend Pastry.Īt the end of the gathering, the children listened to a short lecture on ecology, the importance of nature conservation, and especially the sea, organized by the Diving and Ecological Club Podstrana. Of course, this sunny sports day was enriched with healthy food. With the help of their hostst – children members of sports clubs from Podstrana, children had the opportunity to try scuba diving with the expert guidance of the Diving Ecological Club Podstrana, they sailed on a sailing club Strožanac accompanied by club members on laser class sailboats and practiced with various polygon tasks and sports games under the supervision of Sport2life coaches.
With the help of the Diving and Ecological Club Podstrana and the Sailing Club Strožanac, we organized an outdoor sports and educational day for the children.
On Saturday, September 25, 2021, Sport2life Croatia, with the support of the municipality of Podstrana, organized a gathering with children from the orphanage Maestral Split, a social care institution that cares for children and young adults without parents or appropriate parental care.
